Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when purchases made through iVisited may be reviewed for cancellation or refund. iVisited provides digital services, including personalized digital certificates created for verified visits, certificate packages, credits, gifts and other related digital products.

1. Refund requests and Paddle
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
Submission of a request within 14 calendar days does not automatically guarantee a refund.
For transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable mandatory consumer law apply to those transactions.
Transactions are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where the purchased product is defective or cannot be provided, or where Paddle approves a refund under its applicable refund rules.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
2. Personalized Digital Certificates
An iVisited certificate is a personalized digital product created for a specific verified visit. It is produced for the customer after purchase, delivered to the customer's account, and made available to download or use.
Certificates are generated digitally following a successful payment.
Where permitted by applicable law, a personalized certificate that has already been generated, delivered and made available for use may no longer qualify for a statutory withdrawal right once immediate digital performance has begun and the customer has provided any consent or acknowledgement required by applicable law.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, technical failures, failure by iVisited to deliver the purchased digital product, and mandatory statutory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
3. Certificate Packages and Credits
Package validity (the period during which credits may be used, for example several years) is the product usage period. It is not the refund window.
Unused packages may be requested for refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
Through the iVisited account, a package is eligible for self-service refund only when both of the following are true:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
- No certificate credit from the package has been used (remaining credits equal total credits).
The first use of any credit from a package means the package has started to be used. iVisited does not offer a self-service refund for a used package.
That self-service rule does not limit Paddle's authority to approve a refund under its applicable refund rules, or any mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Requesting a Package Refund
When a package is unused and still within 14 calendar days of purchase, the user may request a refund through the relevant section of their iVisited account.
The system will submit the eligible refund request to the payment provider responsible for the original transaction.
For Paddle transactions, approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. iVisited does not send those funds to the customer directly.
Where another authorized payment provider is used, the refund will be processed in accordance with that provider's procedures, normally to the original payment method.
Once a refund has been submitted to the payment provider, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's bank, card or payment account depends on the payment provider, bank or card issuer. iVisited does not guarantee a specific settlement time.
5. Gifts
Gift packs are purchased from Invite friends or Connections and delivered to the recipient as certificate credits. They are not sold as a public checkout catalogue.
iVisited does not currently offer a customer self-service refund for gift purchases in the account Help Desk.
Gift transactions remain subject to Paddle's Refund Policy (for Paddle purchases), Paddle Buyer Terms, and mandatory statutory consumer rights. Eligibility may also depend on whether the gift benefit has already been redeemed or used.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and technical failures are handled separately as described below.
6. Failed Verification
A failed location verification or photo verification does not by itself create a refund entitlement where no payment has been successfully captured.
If the verification process fails before a charge is completed, there is no completed payment to refund.
If payment has been successfully captured but iVisited is unable to provide the purchased digital product because of a technical failure attributable to iVisited, the case may be reviewed for correction, replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Technical Problems
If a successful payment has been completed but the purchased digital product cannot be generated or delivered because of a technical problem attributable to iVisited, we will first attempt to correct the problem and complete the order.
If iVisited is unable to provide the purchased product or service within a reasonable period, the transaction may be eligible for a refund.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If a customer believes they have been charged more than once for the same transaction or charged an incorrect amount, they should contact iVisited support.
Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers should never send full payment card details, card security codes or other sensitive payment credentials when contacting iVisited.
9. Payment Provider Processing
Payments and refunds may be processed by third-party payment providers.
For transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. This policy does not limit Paddle's right to evaluate refund requests under its applicable refund rules.
Where another authorized payment provider is used, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider's procedures.
The availability of funds following an approved refund may therefore depend on the payment provider, bank, card network or financial institution involved.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer right that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable consumer protection legislation provides a mandatory right to cancellation, refund, remedy or reimbursement, those statutory rights will continue to apply regardless of the provisions of this policy.
11. Contact and Refund Support
For questions regarding a payment, refund or purchase, users should use the existing iVisited support or Help Desk (Profile → Help Desk) available through the platform.
Where necessary, the user may be asked to provide information sufficient to identify the transaction, such as:
- Account email address
- Order or transaction reference
- Relevant certificate, package or gift
- Reason for the refund request
iVisited will not ask for full payment card numbers, card security codes (CVV), or other unnecessary sensitive payment credentials.
